  • Redesigned the e‑commerce checkout experience to require user sign‑in, improving the overall user flow and supporting the launch of new subscription offerings.

  • Worked closely with an external vendor to run A/B tests on key elements of our site.

  • Contributed to a design system for our e-commerce site and refreshed the branding for Snagit.

  • Optimized mobile CTAs on the download page, which led to a significant increase in trial conversions from mobile users.
